Eenhana Service Station CC hereinafter referred to as the proponent, has identified an opportunity to develop a fuel service station in the town of Eenhana in Ohangwena, Region. In terms of the Environmental Management Act 7 of 2007 (Government Notice No. 29), certain activities may not be undertaken without an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC). This activity is included in the above-mentioned list. It is against this background that Eenhana Service Station CC has applied for and obtained an ECC for this facility. The ECC is valid for a period of three (3) years and has expired. The proponent has thus appointed Environam Consultants Trading (ECT) to apply for the renewal of the ECC on its behalf.
