Abstract:

Ministry of Mines and Energy, Mr. Andreas Sheehama, has informed us that we must provide EMP and apply for an ECC for the license application which we have submitted. Northern Fuel Distributors, would like to request an ECC for the above mentioned customer, (Kaap Agri Outjo Depot), for the installation of an above ground diesel tank, 23,000L. Northern Fuel Distributors will construct a concrete bund wall, spill slab, separator pit and retail pump as per health and safety regulations and as per SANS standards. Attached also please find the Environmental Management Plan for the project and the application for ECC.
