T and T Developers (Pty) Ltd owns Portion 6 of Farm Ongos No. 38 and would like an Environment Clearance Certificate (ECC) to allow for the extraction of aggregates from two river streams which traverse its property. The objective of the project is to supply the much needed aggregates (building stones for concrete, gravel for road construction, building and plaster sand, etc.) specifically for the development of the multi-million Namibia Dollars, Ongos housing project and related infrastructures (street roads, water reticulation, sewage ponds, electricity, etc.) currently underway on the southern section of Farm Ongos (Portion 1 of Farm Ongos) and to other end-users in the rest of Windhoek.
