Abstract:

The environmental clearance certificate is for: Activity 10.1 (b) Infrastructure The construction of Public roads Activity 10.2 (a) Infrastructure The route determination of roads and design of associated physical infrastructure where - it is a public road The proponent intends to subdivide the Remainder of Portion 49 of the Consolidated Farm Tsumore No. 761 into Portions A - E and Remainder. Currently portion D accommodates the existing rubbish dump of the Municipality while Portions A - C, E and the Remainder is currently vacant. The proponent intends to donate portion D and E to the municipality and sell Portion A-C to potential investors who wish to develop the area. The proponent intends to create a 20 meter right of way in portion B that is proposed to be utilized for access to Portion A, D and C.
