After a brief introduction on Namibia, the present paper outlines what is implied by "investment climate", "investment incentives" and "investment promotion" for tourism, reviews the existing situation as to these in Namibia, and makes recommendations for improvement of the investment climate, the possible introduction of tourism specific investment incentives, and tourism investment promotion in Namibia.
