The article deals with an unexplored cave in the Naukluft mountains next to the borders of the farms "Neu-Onis No. 9" and "Naukluft No. 10" which are situated in the district of "Maltahoehe". An exploration trip of the author and some other members of the "Verein fuer Hoehlenforschung" Windhoek has essantially the following results: The spacious residential cave, situated next to the Neu-Onis River has obviously been inhabited for a long time. Clay pot pieces as well as stone tools and rock paintings, all of which in the same black colour (animals like giraffes and buffalos, groups of human beings, most striking a "Magician Hith horns", killed by a spear in his back) have been found there. Expeditions to further caves in the /gaob-River and the Kuiseb River valley get different results. Some of these caves obviously have never been inhabited.
