Amended ECC is for the industrial and manufacturing processes of Etosha Fishing Corporation in Walvis Bay. The amendment is required to allow for dredging next to the jetty of Etosha Fishing. Dredging is required to ensure sufficient water depth for safe berthing of fishing vessels.
