Abstract:

The Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) is for the construction and operation of the 132kV transmission line from Masivi Substation to Shiyambi Substation 33kV Transmission line from Shiyambi Substation to Cuito Substation related infrastructure. In addition infrastructures covered under the ECC include a 800m line 132kV Transmission line connecting Masivi substation to the existing 132kV Otjikoto- Rundu transmission line and a 1.5km , 66kV transmission line connecting Shiyambi Substation and Mahango 66kV Transmission line.
