Abstract:

The proponent intends to apply for the Rezoning of Erf 3156 located in Rundu Extension 7, from Single Residential with dentistry 1/300 to "Business" with density Bulk 1. The property (Erf 3156) is already occupied with a business property (Shebeen) thus, the proposed rezoning is necessary to formalize the existing situation in line with the Rundu Town Planning Scheme and obtain approval from the Urban and Regional Planning Board (URPB). This application has already been submitted on 06 September 2022.
