221101000225: Proposed continued operation of Puma Oluna Service Station in Ondangwa, Oshana Region
The existing fuel retail facility has been in operation for over 20 years, without an environmental clearance certificate (ECC). The ECC application is submitted for the proposed continued operations of the site. This is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.
