'Etango Project' is located approximately 41 km (by road) east of Swakopmund and is situated within the Namib-Naukluft National Park. It straddles the D1991 road, beyond and to the east of the Goanikontes turn-off, after the main viewing points of the Moon Landscape towards the Swakop River.
