Abstract:

The Consumer Fuel Facility has been in operation for approximately 5 years. ECC application is for the proposed continued operations of the existing fuel installation. This is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.
