Abstract:

Tsandi Village Council has been issued with an ECC for the Sand mining on Portion A/988, Remainder of Tsandi Townlands. The ECC was issued on 06 December 2018 and expired on 06 December 2021. To ensure due diligence and compliance with the Environmental Management Act 07 of 2007 and its Regulations of February 2012 for the ongoing sand mining activities, Tsandi Village Council is hereby requesting for the renewal of the ECC.
