Abstract:

PowerCom (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) proposes to construct and operate three telecommunication towers in the town of Otjiwarongo of the Otjozondjupa Region. The sites are in Otjiwarongo Extension 1 (20°28'06.4"S 16°38'29.7"E / -20.468444° 16.641583° ), Orwetoveni Extension 2 (20°27'37.9"S 16°39'46.9"E / -20.460528° 16.663028° ) and Proposed DRC Extension 4 (20°28'09.4"S 16°41'30.5"E / -20.469278° 16.691806°).
