OKACOM through funding support obtained from the European Union under the Technical Assistance Program for Transboundary Water Management in the Cubango-Okavango River Basin. One of the core result areas pertains to improving governance through enhanced data and information availability. As such upgrading of existing hydrologic gauging station is one of the core activities that the programme want to accomplish within the OKACOM Member States i.e. Angola, Botswana and Namibia. Therefore, this ECC request if for the upgrade of the present hydrologic gauging infrastructure where civil works will be done to augment the present platform.
