This application is for the renewal of the lapsed ECC for the existing and operational seal skin and trophy processing plant in Lüderitz. Kindly Note the following: 1. That the initial EIA & EMP report was conducted by EAP in 2017 (called Enviro Leap Consulting cc), who is currently not reachable and unwilling to share initial documents for the renewal of the existing while the project still have seal quarters for operation of the plant. 2. that No scope of project area foot print was changed and No changes of the project operation activities changed from the initial EIA and EMP as contained in the initial reports. hence the EMP submitted from the geneses of the project remains applicable. 3. That a copy of the Expired ECC is attached, and a new ECC is required for the continuous operation of the plant. 4. That when first EIA and EMP by Enviro Leap Consulting cc in 2017, that the online Ministerial systems did not exist, hence the application has no application number but hard copies of the project were submitted.
