The Qhuqhumupa and Kalume Fisheries Reserves are fishing areas more fully described as indicated by their respective GPS coordinates and Figures 1 and 2 set out in item 2.1 and 2.2 respectively and both areas are within the borders of the Balyerwa Conservancy which borders the Nkasa Rupara National Park in the south, the Wuparo Conservancy on the west, the Mudumu National Park in the north and the Kwando River forms part of the eastern border which is also the international border with Botswana.
