Abstract:

The Application is the renewal and amendment of the ECC for Proposed Ongos Portion 8 & 9 Township and its associated waste water treatment plant. The waste water treatment plant specifications were not specified in the approved report, as the initial assessment addressed the generic waste water treatment plant that was planned for by the City of Windhoek. This application serves as an update of ECC to specifically address the trickling filter plant to be installed. The application is done to comply to the EMA Act no 7 of 2007 and its regulations of 2012.
