Abstract:

Hombe Engen Fuel Retail Facility has been in operation for over 15 years before the EMA Act was promulgated. The ECC application is submitted for the proposed upgrade activities and continued operations of the existing fuel facility, in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.
