The creation of a Public Street / Road on Portions 180 and 181 of Remainder of Portion B of Swakopmund Town and Townlands No. 41, that will givs access to some of the newly created portions. The proposed public street obtains direct access from Tsavorite Street, and Henties Bay Road. The proposed public street is designed to be an 18m. wide cul-de-sac street. The proposed public street is designed to Swakopmund Council, Ministry of Urban and Rural Development and accepted traffic engineering design standards.
