Abstract:

No decline in elephant poaching in Africa. Despite new research by Elephants Without Borders (EWB) that shows elephant poaching in Africa has not decreased since 2011, only two elephants have been poached in Namibia so far this year. According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of the Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Mr. Romeo Muyunda, only two elephants have been poached in the Zambezi and Kunene regions respectively by 2020.
