Development potential and constraints of a fishing industry
It is believed that fish production in the Okavango system is high. Although there is no evidence to the contrary, a review of available information on electrical conductivity, chemistry of the inflow, and aquatic vegetation indicates that fish production may be lower here than in similar systems elsewhere.
