The proponent intends to subdivide Erf 120 Nkurenkuru into Erf A and Remainder. Erf A is currently not aligned with the adjacent erven along the main road in Nkurenkuru. The proponent intends to sell the subject erf to potential investors who wish to develop the Business zoned erf and thus intends to align the erf with the adjacent erven. The newly created Erf A resulting from the subdivision will be reserved as street. The newly created street is proposed to be utilised for on-street parking and beautification of the area. The newly created street has the potential to provide interactive, vibrant and safe spaces for use by pedestrians and vehicle users. The proposed development thus further aims to provide economic opportunities such as street-café’s and street trading spaces from which the town can benefit.
